Manager Tech Team
Your role within Genexis
As Manager Tech Team you are responsible for the “special operations force of tech support”, this team is often tackling high-impact and high-complexity cases that affect the entire Genexis fleet of networking devices and services to support our customers that use our products to deliver broadband services to end users.
Within this international growing team, you coach people, build up team capabilities and create the framework and processes for the efficient support for our clients.
Essentials for your role
Your team is the first point of contact for our clients for after sales support. You support the sales team in the best possible way to enable new business and to keep our customers happy. You are responsible for maintaining and evolving the support process in order to maximize customer satisfaction in the area of technical assistance. You ensure proper intake and timely processing of support tickets and RMAs.
You have experience with Ethernet/IP networks or a strong desire to develop the necessary knowledge and a good understanding of SW development that is needed to provide the agreed product quality and compliance with the relevant norms and standards.
Your Experience & Skills
To be successful in this role, you need to have affinity with service delivery in telecommunication networks (networking). Working experience with layer-2/layer-3 networking equipment, network protocols (e.g. SIP, IGMP), TR-069 and various access technologies like fiber, Ethernet, 802.11ac/ax is a plus.
You have preferably some experience in working with the type of products Genexis creates, including the type of SW that is needed to manage the CPEs and provide managed solutions. You can help to prioritize SW development based on the customers needs.
Having experience within a Managers roll is mandatory. You have strong interpersonal communication skills and are able to persuade. Coaching others and helping them succeed within their work comes natural to you.
You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a similar field of education or gained this knowledge thru working experience in a similar role.

You can (help to) manage key customers in case of emergencies when there are issues that impact the services of our customers based on our SLA Management system and support process.
